A: We can start your remodeling job as soon as all your design and material decisions are made and all the products you selected are in our hands. Together we can then execute a schedule for your project.
Q: Do you offer financing?
A: We do not offer in-house financing, but we will work with each customer, on an individual basis, to create payment terms that will accommodate your budget and time lines. We do work with many lenders who will help you with financing your project. We accept Visa, Master Card and Debit cards.
Q: Does your company practice "green" construction methods?

A: Unexpected delays can occur when doing remodeling work, and we are willing to work outside our normal working schedule to accommodate your specific timeline request.

Home Remodeling Review
Restoring Florida Homes did a fantastic job remodeling my condo after a severe leak from the condo above mine. Thank the lord I was between tenants. Travis the project manager kept me informed of the progress on a daily basis. there was some issue with drywall in the kitchen that somehow made it difficult to install the cabinets, but they resolved the problem in a timely manner and completed the project on schedule. I will certainly hire them again in the future.
